GROUP B
11:45-1:00pm
GROUP C
1:15-2:30pm
There is a $50.00 Audition Fee to audition for the NWSOD Dance Company. This will be applied to your tuition fee if you are accepted into the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
All members must be enrolled in Northern Westchester School Of Dance for at least one full dance season before auditioning.
Class Requirements
Lower School - Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical or Contemporary, and Jumps and Turns.
Upper School - Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical or Contemporary, Leaps and Turns, and Senior Technique.
Age Requirements
Junior Company: Ages 10-13
Senior Company: Ages 12-18
Elite Company: Ages 13-18
WHAT TO EXPECT
Dancers will be evaluated based on strength, flexibility, technique, stage performance, and musicality in Jazz and Lyrical.
Dress Code
- Black tank top or leotard (no decal, writing, or print)
- Black leggings
- Nude turners
- Hair in a slicked back bun
